Dark Sea lore thread

hmm… That made me remember someone who had already gone before our player woke up with no memories at Dawn Island…

Tucker probs wouldve been able to move on, knowing that his friends managed to escape and be free.

It would be cool if he did show up tho. (Or maybe all the deceased descendants do, to stop the very thing that the Order worked so hard to unseal which killed them in the first place)

all descendants show up during a cutscene in the last fight to help us like how (hollow knight spoiler) the siblings help the knight kill Radiance sounds cool

In Greek Mythology, you need to give a coin to Carron to get on his boat and go to the Underworld. If you don’t have a coin, then you’re doomed to wander as a spirit for all of eternity

If I remember, I think they are humans that were mutated due to the magic pollution? I could be wrong or thinking of something else though

Honestly I think the journals are the best ways people can confirm things the ghosts say, they are also my favourite part of the lore.
All of this is so interesting to me and I hope we can figure out more!

the round table is probably gonna be an order organization, agravian will be a major ally

Item descs reveal ‘Atlantians’ are super mutated humans

so much lancelot stuff

Atlantians confuse the fuck outta me, especially when theres literal ships that attack you.
My leading theory was there is some kinda civilisation in the dark sea, but that doesn’t explain the Atlantans you fight in some island ruins

Btw anyone know what channel is good for posting my drip

nah, agravian is probably dead, buried and gone, so he could have been, he will not.

canonically we got fucked up by a generic cocky character before it so we arent fodder

Dayum! I was hoping they would actually add Greek cities such as Athens for you know why. So they really are in lore… Do they still exist I wonder? :eyes:

Athens is a nod to AA’s greek mythology as Athens was a capital.
In Ancient Greece it was one of the most powerful cities like Ravenna.
