When a target throws bleeding potions, they fly in opposite direction of the target’s movement, so they end up much farther from them than if the target was staying still.
When a chaser throws bleeding potions, they fly in same direction as the chaser’s. Distance from potion’s landing and the chaser will be a lot shorter than from the target. All sharks will aggro on the chaser unless they predict that there will be sharks and won’t go into water before first sharks will spawn.
No, I mean throwing bleeding potions while you yourself are not in the water.
Let’s say I am chasing you on the sea. Ship vs Ship combat. I ram you. You jump into the water, and I throw bleeding potions at you while you go deeper.
This is how a smart hunter would use bleeding potions. A dumb hunter would obviously do what you said, though.

agility, love gels, swimspeed gems, air gems, are all good options

actually you need 20 fps minimum to get good at PVP
yeah at 15-17 exactly, PVP isn’t an option. at least 20 FPS and you can stand some sort of a chance, or get good reasonably
even with 20 fps though, kiss all kinds of bounty hunting goodbye. Bounty hunting is really only possible with 40+(not possible, more like “enjoyable”). If you can get 40+ fps, you can run graphics level 5, and you need graphics level 5 to see islands far away…
just save like 800 or 600 dollars for a good computer. What I did to buy my gaming laptop was basically ask every person in my family to give me 100 dollars for Christmas. I have like twelve people that show up to my house on Christmas day. A few of them didn’t pay up 
but I ended up with around 700 dollars.
This plan won’t work if you don’t have a decently large family, at least five, and it won’t work if you don’t have a good relationship with other family members.

well you can definitely get good with low frames but i’m just saying ur gonna need to put in so much more effort for the same results as someone with like 60 fps
clear your bounty/renown every time it goes above 5k
I have now prepared a full agility/swimming speed build and an endless supply of drinkable love potions as to negate the effects of a love gel.

Well I really cant ask my family members each for a 100 € each(I live in Europe) and the country I live in does not have as good of an economy as others, tough asking for 30 would be far more reasonable in my situation. I think I’ll buy a better laptop(A pc is out of the question as I need portablity) once I finish my current education(In about 5 months) or my current one breaks down(Unlikely as its still in a relitively good condition despite it reaching 7 years a few months ago).
I sometimes just follow gankers around with my camera while not fighting back, to give the impression of just staring at them deadpan. It really shouldn’t work, and yet it’s given me results a couple times. You could try that if you’re really desperate.

imo I would run this instead, more defense so you wont get killed by a passing breeze, more attack speed so it does something, got rid of intensity since it doesnt do much for your build, and size just kinda mid to me and the low invest was just sorta ehhhhh on its effectiveness imo. less power since you honestly had enough.
