The problem

If you ever did charts for blasted rocks in Full Releaase, you are aware how annoying it is to sneak around the Caesar without provoking the fight. Some use strealth talent, some use invisiblity, some just try their best to stay low to not get Caesar agrod.

Solution

In my humble opinnion an undead shouldnt have ability to sense you wtih his butt via slightest vibrations of the sand. So my suggestion is to

Decrease Caesar’s sight range to just the “crater”
Green dot - Caesar
Yellow - Proposed range
Red - What it feels current range is

This change will only affact the intial agro that will start the fight, meaning dodging sword ult will retain Caesar’s agro, but will prevent the interuption of charting sessions.

Only for initial aggro. I have had him lose combat status because I ran too damn far away from his aoe and had to kill 5 phases instead of 3. Other than that, yea, I would prefer to not have to dodge nukes everytime I wish to simply get a chest.

That’s not an issue at all, if you want to reduce his aggro range, just bring him to 200 health in his third phase, that’ll put his aggro range within arm’s reach around him

me hunting for some dead dude’s treasure when they put it near a powerful sandstorm with a zombie in the middle who has nukes for days (at least the pirates hunting me got rekt by them)

ngl i’d want to have a mythic/lost chart that ends near blasted rock’s center so i can watch the pirate captains go toe to toe with ceasar

This would be kinda annoying when trying to avoid the Sword of Damocles

on my tank file with shit damage i once got jumped like 2 or 3 times by the navy while fighting ceasar (they all got erased)

I really need this suggestion implemented cause I almost died to his ult while digging near the edge of the area.

Okay, maybe i should clearify in the post - this is only for inital agro, not for the fight.

Ik but the fact that players are almost always there, the chances of getting hit by the ult while outside the area digging is near guaranteed unless he is at other side or you just dash away

I’d like to sink a navy ship, then sink a pirate ship and have them PvP it out

Most of the time the pirates win (albeit being crippled) so I make quick work of them and now I have 2 ships worth of (sealed) chests

Imagine if we could build a coliseum and train our Sacrifices and slaves castaways into being powerful and then have them fight each other with loadouts & moves we can select

aimbot (guns/bows) vs placed explosion/beam spam who wins

To be fair the crater gives enough elevation that you can calmly treasure chart after he spots you, since he’s so willing to stay in there and de-aggros very fast.

I wonder if it’s posible to use range enchanted carronades or howitzers to tickle Caesar’s toes or if it’s too far
