gems should be removed and accel and engi cost coins, BUT, accel needs to be unlocked by beating hardcore 2 times. they both cost a lot in coins.

maybe to incentivise playing hardcore, you get like a premium crate from beating it your first time and some coins.
and you just get a lot of coins from playing it + unlocking the ability to purchase accel after triumphing the mode twice.
