pvp permadeath across multi-hour/day runs sucks
age actually kills you and gives you debuffs as the older you are, you gotta escape the trials with harder and harder mobs

Deepwoken is perfect in its current state.
Taking three bars worth of damage per hit taken is fun, especially in the depths since it adds another layer of thrill, challenge, difficulty, and adrenalyne.
