How do I craft Perfect Defence/Power gems?

Okay but what gems/items do I use?
Most people I believe just farm Coppershrooms. Rare gems + Coppershroom or any other equivalent tier reagent gives 600 exp iirc, you need 50000 exp total so you need to do this 84 times. Not sure how much an exotic gem would give, but you can upgrade them with galleons so don’t feel bad about using them for exp too. Using Exotic Gems would give more exp though.
iirc most people farm Coppershrooms either around the Stepstones area (never did that myself), or Orthyrs. They also spawn near Cirrus by the trees .
