I mean if you’re using strength how are you going to fight a long ranged?
by rushing them down
what (this is what I mean by high agility)
you have some tools like crash to go towards your enemies, and it’s possible you’ll get more with rare techniques in the future

nope, just know that that’s what the skill is intended for and that strength is supposed to be more centered around rushdown

if “rush down” is simply running toward people, then yes.
cannonfist is a weird exception, though it has melee options
