No, there is only one way that will go
Entire group except you is captured and soldiers are holding them hostage, ready to kill them
Player: “STOP IT, WOTAN! THIS ISN’T YOU!”
Wotan: “Gah, you are right! I was blinded by my own greed and cruelty! I will be like that no longer! I shall call off the war in Nimbus sea, I’ll order my men to rebuild Port Mistral, and I’ll open the borders of land of Wano!”

This made me think… The curses of wotans kids match Cursebeards curses…
Blaze - Lightning
Tide - Lunar
Energy - Aether
Ice - Frostmetal
this ones kind of a stretch but this is actually a cool idea, its entirely possible vetex just thinks “Hot, water, Cold, energy” combo is interesting enough to reuse it with no deeper implications though

Wotan and his sons are just parts of Cursebeard after he was split into 5 parts.
Cursebeard is massive, he was split into 5 different people, 4 being his curses, and the strongest (Wotan) being a representation of him and his will to conquer
But that’s just a theory, a game theory
But… The sixth part…
In the story, there should be a side quest where you have to get materials to forge a Devourer, kind of like how there is a Cerunno quest line. In each sea, there should be a npc you meet that tells you what you need from that sea. By the last sea, you should be able to forge your own one.
