Diplomacy system idea (late game)

Idea: allow clans to form alliances or make rivalries with other clans/nations

alliances: an ally clan’s land will not be able to be captured, and their players are not able to be killed. you cannot hunt someone from another clan

rivalries: heros can attack other heros, and you are encouraged and receive rewards for capturing islands

quests- clans have certain goals that increase their level and ranking with another clan

war- clans can go to war with another, with the losing clan transferring galleons to the winning clan. This is decided by islands claimed, player kills, etc

economic impact- islands can side with or against a clan, depending on their relation with the island (relations are planned in a future update), this will change the prices based on who’s buying (rival clans have to pay more) and could also occasionally deploy soldiers/ships to help, are a safe place for the clan

build takeover- you gain access to another clans current build if you claim their island, you cannot upgrade or move anything, but you can gain resources and use the defenses

minigame- some system where players have to use more than fighting, such as intelligence or negotiation
ex: deliver peace treaty to x clan, steal stuff from x island, respond to crisis, spy

if players do not maintain relationships with other clans/islands, or act negatively, this will cause their reputation with them to decrease

stealth missions- it would be fun for there to be opportunities for the player to spy, sabotage, etc

the in game clan ranking system will also now serve a better purpose

Short feedback

It sounds fun and would add further depth to the gameplay of arcane odyssey, but locking it behind clans would make solo/casual players even more isolated from the gameplay than they already are. This is without accounting for the few flaws I can see in this such as: the essentially forced party feature of alliances, the conflicts of economic impacts (which clan would be favoured between two that are at the highest level of diplomacy? If there is no maximum diplomacy level, wouldn’t players feel betrayed just because they had a few points less than the other clan’s?), how minigames would be executed (how would said players be using their wits in order to have a positive outcome?), and the definition of “acting negatively”.
Still, it does sound fun (which is why I’m hoping for you to elaborate on these things).
