ehh i wouldnt say that just yet. If one enchant is still far above other enchants in value then it will still be worth more. But in the case that there are multiple good enchants then i can definitely see clean (no enchant) as being equal or even more valuable than the enchants

itā€™ll be worth more but most people probably wont care that much if they can just unenchant and re enchant until they get that one

Like i said it depends. If theres 1 best enchant and said enchant is by far the best then yes that enchant will be worth more
If there isnt a clear best enchant then it will depend on the buyers preference and then clean would likely become equal to the best enchant because of cleans versatility

1 best enchant is unlikely. Even in WoM there were two best enchants not 1.

That last part is false. Strong for oathkeepers was by far the best enchant (both in terms of value and usefulness)
Same for strong on vastiras and heavy for wojs (both in terms of value and usefulness)

For armour youre still incorrect valuewise. Strong mino armour for example had by far the best value.

But you are correct on it being unlikely, but not impossible, for armour to have only 1 best enchant.

But whatā€™s the point of adding it if he created enchant scrolls for that very purpose

Scrolls still serve their purpose though.

Would you rather run the odds of getting the enchant you want, if not unenchanting, then getting the money to re enchant, and maybe unenchanting, and repeating the cycle till you are lucky.

Or just get it first try. And remember, money will be more valuable in AO

So the items without the enchant people want isnā€™t completely useless, every enchant has more equal value now since you can just disenchant and then re-enchant it.

And like Headless said this makes a money sink with galleons

Bro strong mino armor is so fucking rare holy shit. Finding people with pieces of it, let alone a whole set, was seemingly impossible. Even a good portion of shops Iā€™ve checked did not have all the pieces, maybe one or two but never all three. I had all 3 at one point but I traded my boots for I think sunken boots (clean) so worth it but still shit was so fucking rare.

ONG, IT WAS EASIER FOR ME TO GET 2 HEADLESS HEADS A YEAR AGO THAN IT WAS TO GET A FULL STRONG MINO SET, I HAD TO ENCHANT IT MYSELF.

Exactly. Somehow, compared to all other enchants, there were only very little amounts of strong mino gear. You could find a bursting mino gear 20x before finding a single strong piece in someoneā€™s inventory
