Ik some lost/ancient magics like flare and sacrifice also exists as mutations in the seven seas. But what about others like slash and wave? They don’t appear on the mutation chart so are they a thing in the seven seas?

I doubt it. Maybe they’re mutations in other parts of the world we haven’t heard of, though.

No, pretty sure it was only like the 5th 7th and one other sea that were destroyed

Seventh, fifth and fourth were entirely destroyed. Sixth is fine because the explosion happened in the seventh sea and the sixth sea is, funny enough, nowhere near the seventh according to this map drawn by TrollusRT.
The remaining four seas were all plagued by the worst storms the world has seen. Colossal tsunamis, earthquakes, thiccc thunderclouds, etc.
Some sky islands such as Cerulea were even sent falling out the sky because of the explosion’s initial shockwave.
