I was going to my Inventory to recheck the Magic Stat Points needed for a Lightning Pulsar, and noticed I got the Expert Angler title, even though three rare fish (Southern Logperch, Northern Pike, and Beluga) were still silhouettes. I scrolled down a little more and noticed that the Master Angler title had also been added to my inventory, even though I’m nowhere close to getting all Fish Variants through fishing. I know I’ve fished up a Golden Tuna and Golden Basking Shark before, but I haven’t fished up Golden Colossal Squids or Golden Tiger Sharks. Overall, the question’s in the title.

For some reason you get both titles at once, and yes I think you can complete it with castaway fish
Everyone who played WOM and fished “nearly” all fish, got this badge due to deletion of some. Basicly, while calculating deletion of old fish, your wom journal got to 100% and then back to actually %
