i mean maybe but i doubt he’ll be someone we meet
imo it would be funny if there was an easter egg where if you sailed too far outside the map in a certain place there would just be his frigate that sails past you in the distance right before a sea monster destroys your ship

Due to AO happening like, month after Durza’s death. I dont think Averill will discover War Seas during “Our story”.

there WAS a planned book that got removed in the Trello where it implied Trigno would appear in AO

if i recall correctly, Trigno was confirmed to not show up (might be outdated) and i think Sage died in the seven seas.
It is possible, but how long did it take him to make it back to the seven seas? The AO storyline is a month after Durza’s death.

arcane odyssey plot takes place over the course of three years, its entirely possible for averill to show up during that time
