No, slang is so fleeting there’s virtually no way enough information involving this particular variation of slang will exist long enough to be remembered 400 years from now.
The main thing we know old English from is literature and plays, the equivalent most likely being tv and digital documents. Niether of which use slang,
The old English of today is that of scholars and nobles, the old English of tommorow isn’t gonna be content farms and 10 year olds
We don’t research the slang of the 90’s so no, maybe a single term will stick but it’s likely that alot of brainrot will just fade away into a distant memory
