I have an alarm for 6 AM everyday but sometimes I just wake up at 3 AM for some reason. It’s also very unsatisfying when you wake up around 5 minutes before your alarm. It’s like the only satisfying way of waking up is either directly on time or just super early.

I don’t have a regular alarm but when I set one for sleep when I need to be certain I wake up on time I almost always wake up before it is set off

I have an alarm for 5:45, but I usually wake up at like 5:00 or even earlier, it’s like waking up in the middle of the night but you know there’s no point going back to sleep, so I just stuck with it, and now I wake up at 5:00 every morning.

i normally wake up at random intervals especially way before my alarm
and wake up way after when i have my alarm disabled

As long as it’s more than like 5 hours and I got the will for it I can usually wake up at any given time, give or take like 10 minutes.
