It’s funny becase I played it yesterday
You’ll barely be able to do anything…you can’t even complete the first quest
I only got to Doom Island until I couldn’t even handle to progress further.
The sharks 
its entirely possible to reach the end of the game, but its not worth the effort
youd basically have to farm magic dagger until that super high level, which is impractical and super duper slow
same, old ass slow af 3-10 fps computer moment 
I went as far as getting to lvl 15 using punch and kick on crazy wizards in newground island
i couldnt even finish theos’ quest because i couldnt swim at all and my rowboat just sinked but didnt got low on durability
so i was now stuck on doom island
alone
not being able to do anything
