Most items are retextured or not, items from roblox shop
There are google doc of all hair, again, from wom wiki
And you are free to choose whatever clothing you are from roblox shop => clothing => Classic [Whatever you need].
As other people have mentioned, you can find most items on the roblox catalog. I have a couple of docs that provide the links to most of them.
Faces are decals, so unfortunately you won’t be able to find those publicly available.
Most items are indeed retextured, so you may need to create those yourself as well or stick with the default.
Once you get everything imported into studio you can just place them on a dummy rig.
