Mages get 3 base magics in total.
To use their main late-game abilities, they will have to replace one of their base magics.
Mutations exist, it just isnāt known as much as in the Seven Seas.
Thatās why they need scrolls to learn how to mutate their magic, as they arenāt previously educated about them
