Does luck affect sealed chest drop rates?

Was wondering if it still affects drop rates after the luck rework. Does anyone know?

Drop rate specifically, no
It just has a chance to drop more items than normal if using luck

these are the numbers
pretty sure its for each drop, so for example, with luck V you would get 3 times the drops from sealed chests

Isn’t it 3 times better drops and not 3 times as many?

Used to be but was changed in empires update
