Osu helps with reaction time, not aiming.
Wouldn’t it help with memorisation or something? Sure you aim but the whole thing is remembering where you need to click visibly
It helps with reaction time and flicks. Accurate flicks are pretty useful if you use Light or Wind, but I think you’d be better off training flicks through MGEing as Soldier on Team Fortress 2 rather than training on osu.
reaction time and only reaction time, although i might be thinking that it can help with those 3rd person shooter games with no mouse lock
reaction time only
what gamemode :niceman:
Mania : Best for reaction time
Standard: Reaction Time + Flicks
Anything else sucks
“meet the soldier”
“If fighting is sure to result in victory, then you must FIGHT! Sun Tzu said that, and I think he’d know a little more about fighting than YOU DO pal, because he invented it!”
my job here is done
like who tf plays taiko and catch anyways
“and he perfected it so no living man could best him in the ring of honor”
Memorization in osu helps but it does not determine if you are good or not
your reaction time, rhythm and aim are still the most important thing and will get better if you keep playing osu
Talking about memorization, this play is purely based on memorization https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hSsV1xae_GM
honestly FL modifier is based 100% on memorization, because it’s nearly impossible to do it especially if the jumps are huge and you can’t see them in between the lit area around your cursor

with FL mod
and before you say anything yes i know i still suck at osu i can’t do 5 stars yet and i haven’t seriously trained enough for about a week now
don’t worry tho, I’m hard stuck on 5 stars for over 2 years
