Does the luck 3 given by vetex stack with collector's rodge and treasurer?

Title is the question, basically does using a collector’s rod with treasurer do anything for me here or nah? Would I be better off using my ensnaring bronze rod?

do you know how much? Like percentage wise with how luck 3 increase your item chance to like 40% from what I’ve heard

Luck 3 is 40 percent increase its right but as ı know sunkens are not affected by item chance

Idk the formula but probably current item chance ( 1 in 12) x 1.4 (luck) x 1.8 ( treasurer rod) = 21%
