This is the second arc after it actually. The one before it is the Moro arc.
I mean, DBS was never really that stellar to be honest, but I definitely think this current arc is one of its better ones. The only arcs that are even comparable are the Goku Black arc and the Beerus Arc at the beginning. I didn’t like TOP that much, the only good parts of it are where Goku goes Ultra Instinct.
