What You Need
- A lot of soap
- A lot of T5 gale elixir
- A lot of power potion
- At least some T5 clearsight aura potions
Optional But Preferred
- Warlock (200M-150S Distribution), any magic but cfist is a must have
- 700+ dexterity and 100+ range set
- Hover and Barrier on your magic, smash on fighting style
- Hover will be used to airstall, barrier to break your fall and change position or smash to immediately go down and change potion, otherwise rain down cannonballs on the dragon.
Find What You’re Looking For Immediately

Don’t forget to use your clearsight potions to avoid islands and move to your target range immediately. Preferrably you use aura and potency gear set to get about 50m of clearsight.
- However, you will need max warding potion if you want guaranteed ancient+ dragons at i4 range.
- Ancient dragons and above also have a huge dragon cliff island generation so if you’re looking for ancients in i3, you can skip dragon cliffs that you think aren’t big enough. You’ll understand what I mean once you’ve spotted multiple ancient dragon cliffs.
What To Do With Each Moves
Flying
This will be your main priority as dragons using the flying skills are more predictable compared to its ground counterpart.

Idle Fire Breath - the dragon becomes extremely vulnerable here, as long as you gain some distance you can spam attacks.

Moving Fire Breath - the dragon will move in a straight line. immediately move to the side. The dragon however will stay for a bit at the end before going down, you can spam skills during this. If you’re high enough in the air, it won’t be able to reach you.

Magic Blasts - if you’re air stalling, dodging becomes easier as long as you position yourself away from the incoming blasts. If you’re on the ground, always T-jump and then reflex until the move is over.

Flying Rush Down - immediately use a skill or potion to get yourself high from the ground immediately. Adjust the height depending on the size of the dragon, this becomes easier if you have gale potions.

Flying Beam - exclusive to powerful and above. Immediately go above the dragon’s flying height or if you’re fast enough, to the side of the dragon’s path.
Ground
There’s absolutely nothing you can do here if you triggered this from powerful+ dragons. They’re all instant no matter what so in this case, NEVER EVER ATTEMPT TO TRIGGER THIS BY GOING CLOSE.
The only predictable attacks are:
- Ground Fire Breath - immediately gain a distance. If it’s powerful and above, the distance of the dragon’s fire breath is about the length of the damage range limit so at best bring someone such as a friend with you.
- Charged Ray - IMMEDIATELY GAIN A DISTANCE ONCE YOU HEAR A LASER SOUND. This will instantly kill you since it’s exclusive to powerful+ dragons and deals damage really fast.
Predicting Attacks
- If the dragon’s head is looking up then it’s either: if with magic circle, a charging a breath attack or if no magic circle but the head looks up, a flying rush down.
- If the powerful+ dragons make a beam line, it will perform the moving beam attack.
- If you hear the dragon charge something while on the ground with a laser sound, it’s a charged ray.
- If the dragon takes a long time flying without attacking, it will use the blast attacks.

You’ll need the optional requirement mentioned at the top and then you do the following:

After aggroing the dragon, immediately use the gale potion and then use hover at the peak height. Also make sure you used a power potion so that your cfist m1s would deal about 100 damage.

Use cannon basic attack after each downtime from the dragon. Never use its skills as you’ll be relying on hover to air stall.

Only go down to recover energy once you’ve gained a distance from the dragon while it is using attacks. If you go down, use a barrier to break your fall or if the dragon’s about to use an attack while you’re falling, use cfist’s smash instead and move immediately. Also go down if the dragon is using the blast attack then once you’re on the ground, use gale potion IMMEDIATELY.

Repeat the process. Use healing potions if you need to, if you need to recover then go far away from the dragon so that it pauses.
