Recently, regeneration’s in-combat effectiveness has been decreased from 3/4 to 1/2 (1/3 of its past in-combat effectiveness has been cut). If this effectiveness decrease also applies to negative regeneration, then the Dromeas set has indirectly been strengthened by this weakening of regeneration.
Now, here comes the title’s question: Has the Dromeas set been changed in any way in the update that lessened regeneration’s worth? If not, then the aforementioned statement might happen to be true.
Dromeas armor set has not received any stat change for the hotfix.

since it gives agility, there’s no telling what might happen to it
i don’t recommend building dromeas regardless, but if your build already uses it then ig the regen nerf will be a noticable but not game changing dromeas buff
