Introduction
Castlia is constantly bombarded by the Arcane Government. And thus Castlia is in an eternal state of war with the outside world. Peace is no option for the people and nation of Castlia anymore. This was not the result of the original King Rooks himself, but the actions of many terrible and corrupt officials of the government, and the selfish choices of the kings and emperors that followed his line.
What will the future of the Empire behold? Can this ever be reversed? We still do not know what the future will behold. We can only tell what is happening now.
About the Empire
Castlia is located on the mainland in the fourth sea. Many cities are located in this nation. Let’s talk about one place in particular: Moiréval. In Moiréval witch is located in the Central-West part of the country resembles the definition of a dystopia where inequalities are rife. Bidonvilles or shanty towns are not an uncommon sight around Castlia. Some of these include Ville du Soleil in Sommrehold, Crépusville in Ombre garde, Marne-de-sure in Moiréval, Debér de Grouès in LaFayette and so on. In these places, diseases are rife and there is little to no sanitation or anything similar. Most disease epidemics and pandemics from Castlia are coming from these slums, as they are the ideal place for viruses and other pathogens.
The majority of these people in slums like these are immigrants and refugees from poorer nations, people who moved here from the country and escaped slaves. And more about slaves, slavery is a very common practice in Castlia. According to a poll, the number of slaves to free men was 10 free Castlians to 1 slave. Since the population of Castlia is about 12 million, there are about 1 million slaves in Castlia. And speaking about slaves and the government, many politicians, such as council leader Louis La Fayette-Auburn say anti-slavery is an Arcane Government grand navy propaganda. Cities like Sommrehold and LaFayette are also major slave-trading hubs.
Most slaves in the country are from Desert islands like Saveria, Redwood Island, and Sabura. Castlia has always been at war with these desert people. They were always unfriendly to the Castlians, so we attacked. After all, the offense is the best defense out there. And from then on, they considered us as simply barbarians and outsiders, and we considered that to them, too.
One time, a man named Triagno who is from Sabura tried to assassinate our man La Fayette and failed miserably. And so he was hanged in public in Ombre garde. So We would have to treat them the way they treated us all this time. They all had to die. Their nation will no longer exist, and will continue as slave people. According to the Diplomat Arthur Le Marshall, he said this to the Arcane Government: “But to be honest, who cares about uncolonized indigenous people to every start with?” He may have gone a little too far but he spoke the words we want the world to hear.
Political Fraud and Corruption are also absolutely aloof here. The authorities of the government perform public executions, mass torture, and other methods against people just like they did to Triagno. We do not want to be regulated by the terrible Authority of the Arcane Government. We want to be a nation. Sovereign, free and prosperous. But they forced us to make this happen as a reality. So we must end them before they end us.
