Do they work? I was planning on trying to get a Strong Vistarian Spear to see if it did more damage.
I don’t think they change stats a lot but it’s still a permanent upgrade
I have a level 60 strong old shortsword and it does 38 damage.
They make a difference for sure!
i prefer getting the swift enchantment on my weapons, though strong aint bad. heavy is a garbage weapon enchantment unless its on a shield
Swift/Strong enchant on bows, Strong on daggers/swords/spears, and Heavy enchant on shields.
They don’t do much at lower levels, but the higher the level, the more noticable the enchantment is.
According to the trello:
If you have a level 10 sword with 10 damage, the Strong enchantment will make the damage 12.
However, if you have a level 60 sword with 60 damage, the Strong enchantment will make the damage 72. If you have a level 100 sword with 100 damage, it’ll be 120, etc.
Enchantments don’t make a huge difference at low level, but the higher the level, the higher the stat boost becomes.
