All three of these have no synergy with snow and snow doesn’t have crystallized or bleeding dmg buff. But all three have 30% dmg buff on frozen, so 68-old man should throw his enemies into water before attacking.

Well, Enizor’s upgrade quest is lvl 120, mines breakout is nearby 95 right? If u skip some storyline to get lvl 120, buy a ketch, collect 15 shards, then why not?
Considering the fact that my third file got to 125 and I’ve yet to find mayor tilly in Ravenna or finish all the quests and exploration tasks, yea you can definitely do enizor’s upgrade before the mines.
