the quest is definitely flawed as you are kinda fucked if your ship has no durability after fighting calvus unless you cheese (or figure out that you dont get captured in towns anymore), but in no way are you forced to use a ketch for that

there should really be a lot more emphasis on buying and upgrading your boat tho, but i blame you guys for rushing

For some reason on each of my runs I’ve managed to get a caravel before this point. Most of them got it during the frostmill-cirrus level slump.

I don’t think I’m that skilled man.
