An apology can just as quickly be thrown away as it was created if you act like a dick and say “This is over I apologised!!”. To be honest your apology felt quite hollow and how youre acting now just makes it worse.
An apology isnt a one-way-ticket to excuseville either, you cant just go “I apologised to stop talking about it”
