Executions allow for extremely quick Bounty Gain

What were you doing before bug occurred: Fishing (not relevant)

Steps to reproduce: Repeatedly free a fellow negative rep, they get arrested for execution, repeat for a ridiculous amount of bounty

F9 Logs ( press f9 to view them in-game): Not relevant

This has been occurring for the past 20~30 minutes or so, and “KuroAenid” has gone from ~110k to ~160k bounty (175k now)
While this is not a bug, I’m not sure where to report exploits like this, so thus it is here
I also presumed that Vetex would not like a ridiculously cheesy method of gaining renown
