Explain to me the AO universe lore in 20 words or less

Arcane odyssey has so much lore, and frankly I want to know learn more
I know very vaguely about the lore as a whole. I know some parts about Theo and Durza, a buncha facts about sea curses, a bit about the gods. I know AO has some of the most complex and interesting lore, and I really want to know all about it from the major stuff to every little detail.

Unfortunately my attention span is weirder than people who are a part of Church of Iris.

And also I thought it’d be fun to see some people summarize the lore in a less than 20 words
