my understanding of what happened is

  • firstly the person in the video is somehow spoofing their username, the only time their actual username is shown is on the death screen
  • the random bits of damage he’s taking are from invisible projectiles coming from the person with the spoofed name
  • he reset to prove that the damage source was the guy in the video, who was spoofing his name, him reseting shows the guys actual username in the death credit
