I went on arcane odyssey after a week of not playing and it says I’ve been permanently banned for exploiting and I don’t know why the game thinks I exploited and I don’t want to loose my items but I don’t know what to do

I just created a ticket but I don’t have any evidence because I wasn’t recording last time I played and even if I was when I left it never said I was banned
Just give them your username, they have the means to check logs on whether or not you exploited along with the reason for the ban.
I got unbanned once for the anticheat falsely banning me on exploiting items even without evidence. I was just collecting thunder crystals while lagging, which made it look like teleporting and then collecting items on the anticheat’s perspective.
Do you know how long it took for them to get back to you?
Depends on whether any game mod is online and active, on my case CosYo immediately responded and got unbanned after about half an hour.
i believe this as much as i believe that theres a god watching whats going on in the world and shaking his head.

I have been playing since the game was released if I wanted to exploit now of all times I would have atleast used an alt account
that’s what they all say
No one would use main account to exploit tho especially when I had 3 sunken pieces and 160+ hours spent on it
That excuse won’t work not gonna lie, pretty sure there were a few here that was exposed as exploiting on their main account.
there was like only one time some guy was insistent that false bans almost never happen and proceeded to make a post how he got false banned because of something that happened while picking up chests and provided proof.
There was also another false ban that happened cause of human error.
Im ngl, if you don’t have proof that you got false banned, you’re cooked. just make a new acc
If I get perm banned then it’s a sign from God that I was getting too addicted and need to spend my time somewhere else because no way I’m no lifing this game again just to get everything back again
Turns out the ban was for teleportation not cargo which happened by a accidental glitch when I used tiger rush on someone
