What were you doing before bug occurred: Picking up items
Steps to reproduce: Go around and quickly pick stuff up; eventually some of these bugged ones will appear far away, and won’t disappear.

Just a theory, but this might have something to do with spamming the interact key rapidly. This happens reliably if you do that from what I’ve seen.
