it would be cool to explain which games you like from your favorite era and why
also classic/old-themed games still count if you care
well, i started playing roblox in 2016, so i have nothing to say really

Just because it’s old doesnt mean it’s better. Rn we prob have some of the best games to ever touch rblx. (Even tho the people that play roblox the most rn are all like 7 yr old girls and all play Adopt Me)
yeah, i can agree
however i do think a lot of old games (including old-styled) are generally more fun then most current roblox games
or maybe thats me who finds it literally impossible to find anything smh
im mostly thinking monster islands (though it’s been polished to like 2014-2016 era) and BFS which is old styled (with a bit of classic) but a lot of fun
Let me put it this way.
Back then, there were way more quality games than now, but they weren’t nearly as high quality.
Today we have games like ROBeats and AO which are insanely well made and have a lot of time put into. Back then the most we’d get is tycoons, swordfight games, and gui based clickers, ect. Today we have ACTUAL games. Ofc, with the quality of games going up, there’s less games at that level sadly.
Honestly, the modern roblox style is both the best and worst roblox has ever been at.
While games like Adopt Me are popular as all hell and have taken over the entire platform for no apparent reason, no seriously how, games like Hours, Devilheart, Mech Warzone, PWNed 3, Super Doomspire, Heroes 2, World of Magic/AO, and other high quality games have been popping up lately even if you have to really look to find any of them.

the general standard and presentation has rose phenomenally, i can agree
however i do think some old and classic roblox games still hold up
and i do gotta mention swordfights usually have a higher skill ceiling due to all the techniques with the swords you have to do to not instantly die or have like 1 hp
and brickbattle games are pretty fun if you know some good techniques
yeah, i can agree, finding good games is absolute hell
also super doomspire is just cooler doomspire brickbattle
although super doomspire does have a lot more items and stuff which makes it a tiny bit harder to get into
Super Doomspire is great because the game has basically no real grind.
You don’t even realize you have enough coins to buy literally everything unless you’re actually paying attention to it, as you just get distracted by the fast paced gameplay.

what do you prefer
If you enjoy a more consistent quality then go for the older eras
If you enjoy superb quality, nearly professional level quality games with incredibly lacklustre games sprinkled in then pick the more modern eras
The games are definitely of a higher quality currently, but I miss having a popular section that actually changes so that you get to play new cheap games every week or so
I also liked a lot cheap tycoons, although I don’t think I would like them as much today. I don’t even play Roblox much anymore since there’s nothing interesting.

classic + old but not classic: low quality games, nostalgia tho
2014-2016: fairly decent quality games consistently, every now and then there’s a good/great quality game on roblox
modern: cash grabs, simulators and shit make up a high percentage of games, but the few decent games you can find are great/amazing in quality
