ZONE PVP

Players in a party can create PVP zones. In these zones, they can only take damage from each other, and players/NPCs cannot interrupt the battle.

The zone functions similarly to Camp Marker, however, the only restriction is that you can only place it if you are the leader of a party.

The zones will be about as large as Munera Gardens Arena, and will be highlighted with a yellow circle.

Once you leave the zone, players and NPCs can interact with you again.

AUCTIONING

This is how I envision an auction to function:

Players can go to an auction NPC and put an item up for auction. It will stay up for 1 IRL week.

The player that offers the highest value item/most amount of cash is the one that will get the item on auction.

Auction item system(dictates what is rarer than what)

TIER 1: Common items, Galleons below 1,000
TIER 2: Fishing Enchantment Scrolls, Rare Items, 2,000 galleons
TIER 3: Enchantment Scrolls, rare fish(legendary included), ship parts
TIER 4: Boss drops, Rare technique scrolls, Arc spheres, arcanium items, 5,000 galleons
TIER 5: Sunken items, Seasonals
(subject to change, this is just my idea)

Once the week is over, the item on auction is locked in and the player that won the auction will be sent the item. The person who put the item on auction cannot remove it from the auction after the week is over.

i feel like that auction system would be too ‘locked up’ of sorts, i would rather there be options for the player to select the cost, time, bin/bid just like hypixel skyblocks auction house.

Oh, that actually sounds like a better idea. For example:

ON AUCTION: SUNKEN BOOTS
MINIMAL PRICE: FULL CALVUS SET + TWO HALLOWEEN SEASONALS

im not sure about item offering tho i think that would be annoying to implement
also all auction systems ive seen you only bid with money

Yeah, but I doubt people would use auctions if all they would get was money.

Not a fan of PVP zones. They could just be used as a “PvP off” button. If I knew a player was actively hunting me I could place a PvP zone and screw them over or prevent ganks by placing a zone near merchants or diving spots.

But in the end why would vetex go out of his way to make something like this when he hasn’t even done the simple stuff, like making Munera Garden toggle off notoriety, or making Ravenna a neutral zone

I mean all we really gotta do is just make it so navy members leave munera garden alone

though there should probably be something that deals with rude players who disrupt 1v1s

actually players who are in the GN can’t go to the island if they disrupt a battle :new_moon_with_face: :smiling_imp:

Probably just going to be used as a way to hide from bounties and well, be invincible from other players. Not the best idea in my opinion.

I don’t think fish are allowed in the auction. Not sure on that though.

PVP Zones seem like they’ll become abused very frequently
