That is WAY bigger than I thought it was
yup, i thought it was way smaller too due to the island next to it being so small but in reality its huge

Well it essentialy is bigger brig but with more cannons and banners all over it. Pretty much its recolored captain Maria ship
cuz it is, with 120 cannons on each side and thats excluding the ones up top that we cant really count
oh.
it might get redesigned once vetex has more time though, at least that would make the most sense imo

My first thought when I saw the thing was “that just looks like the brig model but bigger” and I guess it is
Actually I kinda hope it gets a cooler design instead of just big brig with 120 cannon
if this is a pride of the fleet ship im confused on why its alone and not being tailed by other ships
like sure, Wotan can just use his wood curse to make more, but surely the cost of men and cannons would atleast make them think to have backup near by?

same here, but like i said itll prolly be redesigned later since it just doesnt make sense how such a big ship is just a scaled up brig. You would expect way more features on it or just simply a different design to fit its size. So thats why i think its just a scaled up brig atm till vetex has time to redesign it
the only reasonable explanations i came up with are that its either
- such a large and strong ship that it doesnt need backup near it
- or that the backup near it simly hasnt been properly added yet, like many of the islands mentioned in the story
still stupid that one of the at minimum 4 largest ships in the fleet is not being protected by the supposed mighty fleet of Keraxe.
(but tbf this probably wasnt really thought of in the update, and Vetex just wanted to make a cool looking mega ship)

- It has a CURSE USER on board
- It’s got 120 guns and presumable multiple mortars

Oh I just remembered the Fenrir was on a raiding mission, and I think if you’re early enough to Port Mistral they speak of a merchant ship coming close? I guess it was a covert mission?
Yea but in a world where massive sea monsters can just appear under you, and every statesmen in a country has some wacky ass powers caution could never be that forgettable
you know what’d be a really funny story moment.
what if at some point in a big naval battle, you take the fenrir for yourself to destroy a whole fleet of incoming enemy ships.
