Fishing Bugs. Server Lag and Instant Botch

I’ve encountered two types of bugs when fishing in AO as of late, one mainly to do with some server lag that has been affecting the game since the “Small Update” came out, and the other that has existed since the Dark Sea update.

I intend on making a bug report, but I haven’t gotten an F9 log of either bug since both bugs don’t generate any issues in the log for some reason. I’ll include clips with the F9 Logs as I also fished with the F9 menu open.

If any of you have thoughts on what I’ve encountered, feel free to talk about it, because I certainly don’t think I’m alone with encountering these things.

Edit: I’ve sent the bug report, I just hope that this is fixable.

Man I hate this type of lag :sob:
I had the “instant-botch” happen to me at least three times in a row
and then 1 lagged botch

i’ve had this happen to me a total of 4 times today, with the first two being clipped

though i did manage to catch something with the 4th one, the bobber just seemed to teleport to a certain point, i saw the line just yeet over to the southwest from whitesummit

makes me think that the instant botch is a coordinate error or something along those lines
