Luring Collector’s Rod (Remember this will take the same amount of time as the other option)
Getting high fish count while getting sunken
Magnetic Bronze Rod (Remember this will take the same amount of time as the other option)
Justification Just click above if you just want the best rod
Luring Collector’s Rod = 1.05 luring 1.25 item chance
Magnetic Bronze Rod = 1.25 luring 1.05 item chance
They take the same amount of time for obvious reasons (Literally basically the same stats, 1 just uses more bait)
Magnetic Collector’s Rod = 0.8 luring 1.5 item chance
Luring Bronze Rod = 0.8 item chance 1.5 luring
These are both worse than the previous because while getting 20% higher of their respective type of rod, the other rods get over 25% in the stat they aren’t already good at.
Wooden rod no matter what loses .05 of a stat to the other 2 rods in total making it worse

Alternate between lucky bronze for high rarity fish and sturdy bronze for giant fish
Ye but I found out that enchants add to the stat and not multiply so .8 goes +.25 instead of my other post where I though .8 goes +25% which would make 1.
Worth pointing out that Luring Collectors is technically better because you don’t spend 100% of your time in the luring phase.
1.25x luring doesn’t mean you catch things 1.25x faster, because you’re not boosting the catch or recast speed. 1.25x item rate does mean you get 1.25x as many items (I think - come to think of it, nobody’s ever tested that), so it’s more valuable.
I did the maths in the old fishing subcategory, but Headless nuked it so that’s gone now.
Tbf if you’re using a luring collectors, to maximize speed you should be avoiding catching any non-item and just unequip, re-equip, and recast.
You could also do this with luring bronze bringing the marigin of error to like 0.05 seconds if you’re fishing while submerged in water for recast but you wouldn’t be using luring bronze if you wanted to not catch any fish.
