[FIXED] Entirety of Southern Riverlands Forest Disappearing and Reappearing (Unloading itself)

This bug appears to have been fixed as of v1.1.1 indirectly because of disabling the unloading of far-off regions. Any old v1.1 servers may still experience this bug.

What were you doing before bug occurred: Walking into the Southern Riverlands area from the Ashen Volcano

Steps to reproduce: Enter the Southern Riverlands from the Ashen Volcano border. This bug occurs while looking at or in the Southern Riverlands before your character is registered as within the area (before area title and music appear). Trees and shrubs will be unloaded and not visible to the player, however after a few seconds they will suddenly generate (bushes first, then trees) into the area. Once it has all loaded then the title “Southern Riverlands” will appear as well as the music. When going back towards the Ashen Volcano (once at the border) the same trees and shrubs will degenerate and the process starts again, however it only seems to work near the border and has stopped when going deeper into the Southern Riverlands (directly north of the Ashen Volcano).

Bottom pic is before items have loaded, top two pics (besides f9 logs) are of the area regenerating. Items stayed unloaded for several seconds, however the whole loading process of the shrubs and trees (as well as deloading) took about 2-3 seconds. No excess amount of lag was detected during this and other areas were generating normally.
