is it still possible to use my deckhands proffesion ability when he is a captain of a fleet
nope
all my deckhands were maxed so i made one a captain, but realized he was my shipbuilder and i havent been able to use the his ability. You can dismiss them to get them back (if you have space or else they will be voided)
