Actually , with the new banker NPC you can effortlessly transfer all of your wealth and items to other files. You technically don’t need to have multiple files with fleets as you can just use one to supply everyone else with loot.
The only real issue comes when you still want to have a fleet available on a file, however with the drachma of your main fleet, all you have to do is be patient.
