I’m just confused on why it’s being added now? Vetex has always said he wasn’t going to add to the flight spell to AO so what changed? Could it be the PvP toggle?

Lowkey it’s kinda ass in wom with any magic that isn’t fast drains a ton of energy and if you have a magic like idk metal or wood your not going anywhere

The new mobility meta will primarily consist of Agility and Intensity.
the year is 20xx, the leaderboard meta has devolved into which mage can activate their flight first
this is what elysium ffas are gonna look like for gun users
Flight spells in WoM had like a full 10 second startup and taking any damage during that canceled it
i think the flight spell will be useless in pvp but quite useful for pve
mainly traversing dark sea islands

When it comes to fighting itself yeah, but if you get into a fight and realize you can’t win or want run away for any other reason and you’re not someone with the pvp toggle off(clan members, people who just like to pvp, etc) then it might be a great spell for running away. Especially if your opponent is a poor guy who can’t fly.
