Abnormality Details
Ability - When Qliphoth level lowered, every living thing in the facility erupted in flames, taking constant low damage that changed between Red, White, Black and Pale for 30 seconds.
Ability - When Qliphoth level reached 0, employees in the same department as the abnormality burned until death, escaping the department caused the flames to stop.
Ability - When the Qlipoth level raised, the flames shut down.
Ability - When the Qlipoth level raised while at maximum, the abnormality escaped.
Ability - The abnormality set everything in the same room as its in on fire, dealing less damage then when Qlipoth lowered.
Ability - When the abnormality was killed, every employee in the facility received a lesser version of its gift, the one who killed it received an upgraded version of its gift.

During Attachment Work - The flames leave the pedestal and take the form of a random house-animal, most likely a cat.

Special Effect - If the employee using the armor also has O-04-06’s E.G.O Gift, the armor’s resistances became the same as the abnormality’s. If the gift was the strenghtened version, only the increased defenses caried over.

Appearance - Gloves with cat faces facing out, allowed the use of the abnormality’s fire.
Damage - 30 Red, Black, White or Pale Damage (30%, 25%, 25% and 20% to deal each damage respectively)
Attack Speed - Normal-fast

Special Effect - Deals 10% of the damage dealt as DoT, if the employee had the abnormality’s E.G.O Gift, the damage dealt by the weapon increased to 40 and the DoT stacked.

Abnormality Details
Passive - Releases anti-bodies/pores which makes employees/clerks resistances/health/SP decrease if they stay in the room (They recover if they are out of the room)
Ability - If it kills an employee/clerk, it reconstructs their bodily tissues and cells, crippling them from the inside-out, they turn into a possible/flesh monster in which it will attach itself to an employee, permanently decreasing their speed and attachment for the day.
Ability - Occasionally, if the clerk/employee is a flesh in that state for a long time, it’ll go towards the abnormality instead and attach itself to the abnormality, buffing it.
Ability - The worm has a long/row of talons, this is it’s way of damage (7 Red Damage)
Ability - With it’s mouth, it will inject these anti-bodies inside the employee/clerk, making them more prone to diseases (RNG Control/Pores/Etc) and they will turn into a flesh monster if they ever die until the day ends (If eaten by an abnormality with the injection, it can and will weaken the said abnoramlity or kill it, making them useful against creatures like T-01-75, O-O3-89, O-09-83, ETC. (20 Red Damage)

Unknown, other than the fact this worm was completely constructed off a doctor using animal-parts and other types of material, somehow turning it into this.

Ability - Depending on where the abnormality is, it will flood the room it’s in with a large amount of liquid, whenever an employee enters that room, they’ll be grabbed by tentacles in which it’ll pool them into the floor never to be seen again.
Ability - When the water leaked through more rooms, the amount of water in it’s height decreased and after about two minutes of flooding, it eventually stopped. and soaked the floor, slightly slowing down employees/clerks for the day but the horrors have stopped.

It’s possible it was purposefully created, the bucket was how the abnormality was created but only created it under very specific circumstances which is currently unknown.
