This image seems to be a random piece of land, because it is. This is basically some project where forumers add onto the map, adding their own countries/nations. You don’t even to connect yours with the land piece, it can be an island, or even a sky island. Lore and worldbuilding would also be appriciated, and you are not bounded by a magic system or even tech (hell, you can make your own). Have fun!
(Also, for the small nation I made, I will add lore later for it, I’m currently lazy, but if you need a basic rundown, it’s basically a bunch of weird magical beings in a semi-generic European themed country, but everything, including the inhabitants, are barely held together by technology. They are isolationist, but like to go after metals and such, as they basically need it to survive)

Lore
The kingdom/continent of Green Wood Hills is a big kingdom that was centered on the land, its power level is extremely high, its armies are gigantic, its food source, minerals etc are extremely good and high. Edamatsu Calding, a Mage King who possesses Wood Magic is the King of green wood hills, he has two sons, Zuigetsu Calding, a high level mage with Explosion Magic and Ishiwaka Calding with Wood Magic (inherited from blood from his father ), the kingdom so far is not under attack and is looking to expand…
In this continent, lakes are giant, it has several forests and the kingdom is on top of a great mountain, I still have another hill beside the kingdom that has a sanctuary for a magical artifact that has been saved for thousands of years. Green Wood Hills still has a few villages around the mainland and has a large lake that connects from one end of the continent to the other, making it great for boats and ships to pass through.
His story is, edamatsu calding was born in that same continent, where it was the center of wars of several kingdoms, with that, edamatsu had its village attacked several times by different kingdoms… But edamatsu had something different, he was a prodigy and with a strength of will never seen by anyone in that region, with this, Edamatsu fought in wars at about 14 years old, for several years, until finally everything stabilized, but most of the villages were destroyed and most of his acquaintances were killed, so he along with other people… to build a huge kingdom in an extremely large and mountainous field, which was where it separated that continent into two sides, the years passed and Green Wood Hills secured more riches and making it what it is today…probably the greatest world power and kingdom in the world.
The Aster Archipelago is a group of six islands which are apart of each other. The use of these islands are mainly as a means of a tourist attraction from neighboring countries due to its incredible scenery and rich history.
The archipelago wasn’t as loved as it is now. Before, the islands used to be a war-driven place where the desire of violence took over the minds of the people. They grew so violent that not only did they wish to destroy others, but their own selves. Factions began to rise off of who would be the leader of all six islands. After a long battle, one faction rose victorious and united the islands into one peaceful country. Now they use their islands’ natural beauty as a means for other countries to become more comfortable with itself.
Vóreios ánemos (meaning Northwind in greek), Is a winter wasteland. It is full of hostile creatures, with the human inhabitants being no different. it is a landmass that has been split into 2, with both sides being as unforgiving as the other. Lore:
Since humans have settled, they have struggled to survive. The conditions in this type of environment is far different to what they are used to, and have mostly been hunted and killed by the animals that live here, or by one another.
There is currently only 1 thriving human settlement, on the far safer side of the region, and is far less resource rich then its other half. Different tribes have manifested across the land, and none are at peace with each other. The one thriving settlement, (i dont know a name for it), had won the struggle for survival, by being the first to travel to the other side of Vóreios ánemos. It is far bigger, and a wider range of animals, metals, and more could be found. They were progressing in the arms race faster than anyone, and were able to defeat every other tribe that stood in their way. The land has become an international trading station, because of its variety of luxurious hides and metals.
