I think first we need to discern whether the game will be PvP, pve, or something else random such as a story game 
dating simulator but its a wave based defense game like defend the statues and it also has RPG elements as well as being a turn based rts

Make it a dating sim with turn-based combat. And by combat, I mean that’s how you date people. The “HP” is now your “Courage”, and when you run out, you lose your nerve and back off.
