Changes
- Modified the description and slug for #announcements
- Added two subcategories: #announcements:forum-announcements and #announcements:game-announcements
- Added two tags for #announcements: #important and #patch-notes
(Should be self-explanatory as for the purpose of adding them.) - Subcategorized and/or tagged most previous topics in #Announcements (sorry if this got any of you guys notifications)
- Added a topic template for #suggestions in the effort to promote higher quality suggestions
- Added #music tag for #off-topic
