Stock, I’ve literally been involved in an FBI case because I was stalked for being jewish and LGBT.
Homophobia caused that. It’s a venom, a harmful thing that hurts people who don’t want to hurt anyone. I thank God every day for having kind parents that understand my gender and identity. I know people who are hardly as lucky.
A homophobic or transphobic family member is a nightmare to deal with. My brother? He told me I need to go to a conversion camp for being genderfluid. No one, not a soul, deserves to feel ashamed for consensual, appropriate, and moral love.
