Forum Rules have been updated

Over the past few weeks, we have created an official forum punishment system along with heavily revised rules. These new rules and punishments will go into effect at September 21st, 2020 at 3:00 PM EST. All past moderation history (with the exception of permanently suspended/deleted users) will be forgiven in light of the new punishment system.
