Akos Frost / Randomness

Playstyle:
Akos Frost is a character that merges a zoner playstyle with a rushdown.

Gimmick: Akos frost has 2 modes, which slightly alter their moveset. Base mode, which plays like a zoner (Think robin sort of abilities but without the use limit) and Shattered mode, where speed is increased and it plays more like a rushdown. Shattered mode is activated once you fill up a bar, and deactivates after about 20 seconds.

Jab:
Akos Frost launches some very close range slashes of either ice (Base) or shatter (Shattered) magic.

Tilts:
Forward - Akos Frost stabs forward with a sword of ice.
Up - Ice sword uppercut
Down - low to the ground ice sword spin.

Smash:
Side: A powerful wave of ice magic energy
Up: An ice spike that pierces upwards
Down: Ice spikes that piece from the ground at an angle to the side

Aerial:
Basically all the same, just slashes with an ice sword.

Special (Base form):
Neutral Special: A barrage of ice arrows
Side Special: A small meteor of ice that crashes down.
Down Special: A short lasting snowstorm like attack.
Up Special: Basically just a leap spell.

Special (Shattered Form):
Neutral Special: A blast that destroys other projectiles
Side Special: A dash forward combo starter thing
Down Special: A move that nullifies incoming attacks for a split second
Up Special: A leap upwards with a spinning barrage of shatter magic magical stuff.

These ones most likely revolve around my deepwoken builds since in that game I was basically able to make characters I’d wanted and got satisified with and their names which I haven’t thought of.
These things sound OP but really its just scaling depending on who the user is fighting.

Undying Vigilante, Arthur Ivanel (Based on one of the AI text but trying to not make it overpowered and this is literally the type of power I'd went in combat

PlayStyle: Relies on two, Zoning and Rushdown depending on what is being used.
RushDown: Uses a Blizzare katana lit in flames to slice opponents down with a mix of ice and fire which doesn’t mix so it lacks but makes penerating through objects easier if its frozen

Zoner: User gets out of the way and launches fireballs of little to high heat and colors.
Hellfire Heat/Supernova: Cost of Health, Magic Energy, Stamina
High heat: Cost of health and Energy
Medium heat: Cost of Energy
Low Heat: Cost of Energy

Gimmick: User lights themselves up on fire scarificing health and magic energy for damage and resistance against enemies or another form making them enter a phoenix form which shields them from the back to prevent any sneak attack/back stabs and falls slower than usually giving flame magic an advantage

Special: User enters a final state of true flames when at incredibly low health, you drain Hunger, Magic Energy, and Stamina for this form to be active so it doesn’t scarifice health and makes you resistance but the drain will be short live.

KO: User charges up a slice down to the opponent or a rushdown slash as the final move as the KO

Bouns: Aerial attacks, Good Sprinting, Dashing/Dodging

Infamous Master Craftsman/Alchemist, Catria Palo

Playstyle: Zoner, this one always gets far from the user making it annoying to hit “Catria”, this distance is so the user is abe to continously throw an limited amount of potions at the user

Gimmick: God Speed, the user gains an speed boost upon activation but drains magic energy fast along. This is more so as an escape or trying to get sneaky if you get spotted and have to run quickly.

Special: Upon getting knocked down or the final hit before KO, the user will automantically throw down a certain potion that either instant heals, passively heals, gives resistance, or gives speed.

KO: The user places down an “Iron bomb” and blows them up immediately making a KO

Bouns: This bro about run like a scaredy cat :sob:

Bouns Bouns: Reinforce, user throws down positive potion effects at allies

Gold Kyrian Janus

Playstyle: Tanky Rushdown, user slightly has more health and will always go for the rush no matter if they get knocked back or what and has the capability of using ice moves to help with their mobility

Gimmack: User enters a state where magic over-flows making them twice as strong and skilled but lower resistance and agility, its more so a leaking type form similar to Hunter x Hunter Gon/Neferpitou aura but this is more so to make others fear, its not really strong.

Special: Glacial, user enters a state where they form a glacial around themselves making them safe from any harm for a limited time, can not attack back and it frozen in place healing bit by bit

KO: An ice slam to the ground at the user

Bouns: Blocking

Bouns Bouns: User tries and reinforces other users (Similar to Deepwoken’s Reinforce**

EarthShaker, Aaron Pavel

Playstyle: Rushdown, user dashes towards the user and enters a state of rock-formed punches

Gimmick: Not much of a form but an area forming, when using this “Form” every attack the user uses will turn into these glass shattering particles (Similar to edward newgates punch or breaking glass*) however makes the user have a longer wind-up.

Special: Makes the user go faster, thats basically all

KO: User either stomps or smash the enemy to the ground with earth magic combinations

Bouns: Dodging, Dashing, and Blocking

And here is me!!!
my main!!!
and me as well!!
IDK!!!

Flare, Veronica Gates

Playstyle: Rushdown, user would most likely use close-range Flare magic attacks and sometimes uses a spear to knock down the opponent

Gimmick: Mind-clearing, user focuses more in combat, that’s all.

Special: This one is not a recovery move but an ultimate, user jumps in the air and holds their spear in the air with Flare-like particles coming out of it, its held similarly to electro ball ultimate from Arcane Adventures

KO: haha funny spear jab to the ground

Bouns: Dodge, block, and parry :pfft:

you guys can use other playstyles outside of the ones I listed ya know

Like a duelist class, specialist, bait and punish, or whatever else there is

~Locking Key~
Playstyle: Fast paced attacks that deal low damage. High combo potential. Not much range, though.

Gimmick: Every 2 M1s equals to one “key” function on the enemies side to be locked for 3 seconds. Key functions, as in stuff like WASD, attacking, blocking, dashing. Only one function can be locked at a time.

Special Attacks:

  1. Lock Skill
As the name suggests, hitting an opponent and pressing this attack will give you a prompt that can lock any of the skills of your enemies that you choose to. Recommended to have decent game knowledge so you can quickly lock the enemies attacks.

  2. Block Locker
The user does a 360 slice. If it hits the enemies block, the enemy can no longer block for 3 seconds.

  3. Lockpick Bypass
Pressing this while the enemy is using a counter causes your attacks to bypass the enemies counter, dealing damage anyway.

  4. Super Special: Unlock
Pressing this while you have your Super-Special(smash?) ready will give you a choice to unlock any of these aspects:

Speed(Your super fast M1s will be even faster, instant with almost no reaction time. Your character will be faster too, 2x faster to be exact. Also has 2x faster cooldowns. Selecting this replaces 4 with a new special: Killing Wind. Causes the user to move so fast that its as if they are one with the wind, maybe even faster than that. Pressing M2 while this is active causes you to teleport behind the enemy.)

Damage(As it suggests, now your attacks deal much more damage. Replaces 4 with a new special: Head Unlocker. User stabs the enemy in the head, and unlocks the head from their body, dealing 80% of their current HP. Very obvious start-up.)

Durability(The user now has 3x more damage reduction to attacks. New skill: Giant Lock. The user tosses a giant lock onto the enemy, locking them in place and disabling all functions.)

Special(This one is “special”. The user can now bypass other opponent’s gimmicks. For example, moving in stopped time. New skill: Lockpicker. Hitting the enemy with an M1 while this is active will make it so that the next attack they use will be “stolen”, and given to the user. The user can now use their attack. This also locks said stolen attack.)

took a while because I needed a good idea.

so uhhhh playstyle: comboin shit to oblivion

the gimmick here is that the more you hit people in a period of time, the stronger your smash attacks get

n special: a counter move

up special: hook onto something with something idk

side spec: a sort of dashing attack thing

down special: set a trap down that really hurts enemies if they touch it

I could add more but kinda dont wanna

My character would 100% consist of only emotes, no attacks, no support, no mobility. Just taunts :smiling_face_with_three_hearts::smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

S+ tier!!11!!!11!1

make one for me lol

(also a bit extra but don’t make it all “nerd-oriented”, my forum user was actually a temporary discord user i took up for 2 days before changing, i’d kind of want the moveset to reflect my true self which isn’t really super nerdy and stuff)

(I’m terrible at making viable smash character movesets :sob:)

i’d probably just fall down or smthn, maybe a little punch or kick or something theres not much you can do as bread :face_in_clouds:

TAITC, The God of Sodium and Reference-mancy

Playstyle:
TAITC, wielder of a magical book known as the “Book of Trope-lial” that can briefly summon characters from random pieces of media is a bait and punish-focused character who focuses on spacing and capitalizes off of their opponent’s mistakes and boasts a few puppet mechanics that are essential to their combos, making them one of the harder characters to learn but also rewarding to master.

Gimmick: Cultured
By dealing damage or taunting, TAITC can build up to 5 stacks, which will be displayed on the HUD. By using Neutral Special, TAITC will use up one of the stacks and allow their next attack to be enhanced, which can change the move in multiple ways, but usually just increases their damage, range and startup time.

Jab - Summons a random humanoid stand from JoJo’s, out of the Book of Trope-lial, to punch twice before Punch Rushing forwards. TAITC is usually stationary during this attack, but if the move is activated while in enhanced state, the Stand will be summoned and autonomously stand rush forwards by itself for 5 seconds, allowing for a tandem with another move.

Forward Tilt - TAITC summons Franziska von Karma from Ace Attorney who straight-up just whips the opponent. A fairly lengthy poke. When enhanced, range is shortened and now there are 2 more whip strikes to the attack, dealing strong damage.

Down Tilt - One of the only moves in TAITC’s kit that doesn’t use the Book of Trope-ial. TAITC pulls out a kris knife and slashes at the opponent’s feet. Cannot be enhanced. Builds stacks faster than other attacks.

Up Tilt - TAITC summons the Postal Dude, who throws his petition into the air. When this attack is enhanced, instead of throwing the petition, Postal Dude sprays the air above with an AR.

Dash Attack - TAITC continues running as they summon Mega Man X, in his Ultimate Armor, who proceeds to perform a Nova Strike forwards, knocking away opponents. When enhanced, the Nova Strike does multiple hits before the knock away, dealing massive damage.

Neutral Air - TAITC summons The Batter from OFF who will have the Add-Ons Alpha, Omega and Epsilon circling around him, damaging anyone nearby. When enhanced, all Add-Ons will increase exponentially in size, making the AOE larger.

Forward Air - TAITC summons Y.V. (Yung Venuz) from Nuclear Throne and Gun Godz to shoot out 6 shots from his golden revolver forwards. When enhanced, this attack acts similarly to TAITC’s jab, where Y.V. will be summoned and then autonomously rapid fire his golden revolver forwards for 5 seconds allowing for a tandem.

Back Air - TAITC summons Tainted Azazel from The Binding of Isaac behind them as Azazel performs a Hemoptysis sneeze backwards. Turns into a long ranged brimstone beam when enhanced.

Up Air - TAITC summons Marco Rossi from Metal Slug to throw a stick grenade upwards, exploding on contact with an opponent or surface. When enhanced, TAITC will instead summon a SV-001 Metal Slug, which will launch a high explosive shell which creates a large explosion in impact with a surface or opponent.

Down Air - TAITC summons Yun from Street Fighter to perform a Dive Kick downwards. That’s it. Granted, it’s a strong dive kick, but still. Enhance applies meteor to it.

Forward Smash - TAITC summons The Bullet from Enter the Gungeon, wielding the Casey. The Bullet will wind up a strike from the Casey bat for as long as the smash attack is charged before swinging it forwards. Great kill potential. When enhanced, the attack will release a spread of 6 nails as a projectile, dealing extra damage.

Up Smash - TAITC summons the Soldier from TF2 before clinging onto him for dear life as The Soldier Rocket Jumps into the air, damaging nearby opponents and sending them both into the air. When enhanced, while rocket jumping, Soldier will pull out a Market Gardener and when an opponent makes contact with him, they will be meteored into the ground.

Down Smash - TAITC summons Barry Steakfries from Jetpack Joyride to fly into the air using the Machine Gun Jetpack and peppers the ground with bullets. When enhanced, Barry will start autonomously spraying the ground with bullets freely of TAITC’s control for 5 minutes, allowing for a tandem.

Neutral Special - TAITC opens up the Book of Trope-lial and briefly reads it. Lose a stack and activate the Cultured Passive. Next attack will be enhanced.

Side Special - TAITC summons Gintoki Sakata from Gintama, who will throw a Justaway doll forwards, which explodes on impact with a surface or opponent. When enhanced, instead of just one Justaway doll thrown, Gintoki will throw out 3 at the same time.

Up Special - TAITC summons King Dedede from Kirby behind themselves. Dedede will then proceed to use his hammer to smash TAITC and anyone in range of the hammer swing into the air as a recovery. If enhanced, the move becomes even stronger, launches higher, and Dedede will be sporting his mask and modified hammer.

Down Special - TAITC summons a Wobbuffet from Pokemon in front of themselves and cowers behind it. Damage dealt to TAITC and Wobbuffet will be countered back at the opponent dealing twice the damage. When enhanced, instead of using Counter, Wobbuffet instead uses Mirror Coat, allowing it to reflect even ultimates.

Ultimate: Simon’s Book
TAITC throws the Book of Trope-lial at the opponent. If the book successfully hits the opponent, it will suck them inside. Then, a cutscene will play of the opponent in a dark room. From out of the shadows, a twisted and blood-covered version of TAITC will emerge holding a book. Book TAITC will then open the book and reveal it’s contents to the opponent, revealing it to be Simon Henriksson’s book from Cry of Fear. The book will then shoot flames out of it’s center, engulfing the opponent in fire and dealing massive damage, as well as shooting them out of the Book of Trope-lial.
